The staff here have always been polite and as helpful as they could be with me. They library itself has a decent selection on historical and children's books. If you are into genealogy as I am, they have a room with some books like Hewitt Clark's as well as census reports and things like that (no newspaper clippings though and they are not subscribed to ancestry.)
